NDIS Small Group Intake Session (Initial Appointment)

Duration: 80 minutes total

Description: 
This intake session is required for all new participants enrolling in an NDIS Therapeutic Group Program (children and adults). It helps us understand your goals, needs, and strengths to ensure that the group/s participants are interested in are the most suitable.

What’s Included:

• 20-minute therapist review of your NDIS plan and goals (prior to the session)

• 45-minute face-to-face intake session (in-person at our Oran Park office)

• 15-minute admin and clinical notes after the session

Please note:

• • Please ensure the participant meets all eligibility criteria (here), before purchasing your appointment
• This is a one-time appointment—no repeat intake is needed for future enrolments

• Only available to self-managed or plan-managed NDIS participants

• Funded under Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living (Category 15)

• Once booked, our Head of Client Experience will contact you to collect your NDIS plan and confirm your session details.
