We specialise in identifying high-masking women with ADHD & Autism

Women with ADHD and Autism are significantly underdiagnosed. Traditional diagnostic criteria were developed primarily around male presentations — meaning many women have spent years being dismissed, misdiagnosed, or told they're "too emotional" or "just anxious."

High-masking individuals often appear to cope well on the surface while quietly exhausting themselves. We're specifically trained to look beyond those surface presentations and identify the patterns that are routinely missed in both ADHD and ASD.

Missed for decades

Many women aren't identified until their 30s, 40s, or beyond — after a lifetime of quietly pushing through and wondering why everything feels harder.

Masking looks like coping

High-masking individuals often present as high-functioning — concealing significant internal difficulty, exhaustion, and distress beneath the surface.

We're trained for this presentation

Our clinicians are specifically trained to identify ADHD and Autism in women and other high-masking individuals — including those who've been missed before.

You're not alone

Does any of this sound familiar?

Many adults arrive at this point after years of quietly wondering. Of pushing through. Of adapting, masking, and not quite fitting — without ever really knowing why.

  • You've always found certain situations draining or overwhelming — even when you know the "rules"
  • You struggle with focus, follow-through, or staying organised — despite genuinely trying
  • You've been told you're "too sensitive" or "too much" your whole life
  • You mask well in public, but come home completely exhausted
  • You've suspected for years that your brain works differently — but never had clarity on why
  • You just want to finally understand yourself

If you've been quietly carrying these questions, you're not alone — and you don't have to keep wondering.

Our approach

What makes this assessment different

Gold-Standard Tools

We use validated, evidence-based assessment tools — not quick checklists or surface-level screening.

Flexible Payment Options

A staged payment structure designed to make high-quality assessment more accessible.

Flexible Interview Delivery

Sessions are conducted in a way that suits you — supporting comfort through the choice of telehealth or in-person sessions in our Oran Park practice.

A note before pricing

Not sure if you need a formal diagnosis?

Many adults begin this process simply wanting clarity — not necessarily a label. That's completely valid. Understanding how your brain works can be life-changing, regardless of what comes next.

Stage 1 alone often provides:

  • A clear understanding of your traits and how your brain works
  • Insight into how they impact your daily life, relationships, and work
