Program Cost: $190 per session (invoiced manually within 72hrs of checkout)
Structure: 15 mins preparation + 45 mins group therapy + 10 mins clinical notes (70 mins service total)
Rate: $163/hour pro rata – below the NDIS Price Guide cap

Our programs can be claimed under several support categories. Please nominate your preferred line item code at checkout ( or email us to help if your preferred code is not listed) :

All codes are fully compliant with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements 2025–26- and are actually well UNDER the price limits! Why? We believe in making quality, personalised care , as acessible as possible.

✅ Eligibility & Safety

  • For children aged 2 years old & up ( Please see individual programs for specific age groups)
  • Are able to seperate from their caregiver for the 45min session

  • Children must be toilet trained (or in nappies and taken to the toilet immediately before group).

  • Parents/carers remain onsite in the waiting area , just outside the room during the session.

  • Participants must have no history of hurting others or verbally unregulated outbursts (out of respect for neighbouring offices).

  • These groups are not suitable for children with behaviour support needs or high physical energy – they are primarily designed for psychosocial and social skill development. (Note: PDA profile is fine). If your child struggles to physically be inside a therapy space for longer than 20+ minutes then this may not be suitable for them.

Select & Hold

Find the program you want and fill in :
  - Participant Full Name & NDIS number
  - NDIS line item code you need invoiced        

  Then Click " Add to Cart" and pay the $10 at checkout to temporarily hold your spot.

Process Payment/Claim

Within 72hrs of checkout, you will receive an NDIS compliant invoice for the remaining $180 per session & digital service agreement with the participant details, so that you can pay & claim/send to Plan Manager. First in best dressed! There are only 5 spots available to secure per program time each term.

Spot is Secured

Once invoice is paid & digital agreement signed, your spot is secured! If this is your first program with us, we will be in contact with your orientation info :) You will need to email us your child's plan goals so we can tailor specifically for each individual.

All Small Group Therapeutic Sessions are delivered in person at our office in Oran Park

Picture My Emotions

Exploring feelings, connection, and self-expression through playful, visual therapy.

For children 3-6 years.

This program gently introduces young children to the world of emotions in a way that feels safe, engaging, and fun.

Children build early emotional awareness and communication skills using puppets, picture cards, sensory-safe toys, stickers, and interactive group visual activities. Each session provides interactive, low-demand play experiences designed to support self-awareness, emotional expression, and social connection—all carefully tailored to their age, interests and developmental stage.

Brave Beginnings
Building confidence, connection, and a sense of self through gentle play-based therapy.
 
For Children 2-4 years
 
Note: This program is also suitable for children who wish to attend as a privately-billed participant (not on NDIS), and also some L3 ASD children who do not abscond and are non-verbal. Please contact us first for suitability confirmation.
 
This program focuses on nurturing your child’s confidence, emotional safety, and early social engagement through creative, structured, and predictable play.
 
Children increase their self-esteem, assertiveness and expressive language skills while exploring identity , imagination and peer relationships. Key features are puppets, pretend play, sensory-safe toys, stickers, visuals, and low-demand group activities—all tailored to their developmental stage and plan goals.

Mindful Mandalas
Cultivating calm, focus, and self-expression through slow, layered creative practice.

For children 11-16 years

Note: This program is also suitable for children and teens who wish to attend as privately-billed participants (not on NDIS). Please contact us first for suitability confirmation.

If your child struggles with anxiety, low mood, depression, or sensory sensitivity, this group provides a calm and supportive outlet during the holidays. The slow, repetitive nature of mandala-making helps reduce emotional overwhelm, build confidence, and create a sense of safety and focus.

Through gentle, structured, and predictable art-based activities, participants increase their self-esteem, patience, and self-reflection while exploring identity, imagination, and emotional awareness.

Key features include repetitive mandala drawing, layered pattern work, colouring with pencils or textas, optional watercolours, and guided mindful art tasks—all tailored to their developmental stage and needs.

Mini Makers

Building confidence, social skills, and self-expression through hands-on making and creative activities.

For children 3–6 years

If your child experiences early anxiety, sensory sensitivity, or struggles with confidence, this group provides a safe and supportive space to explore making and creating. The structured, step-by-step activities help reduce overwhelm while encouraging imagination, resilience, and pride in their creations.

Through gentle, predictable sessions, participants strengthen early social interaction, self-esteem, and emotional regulation while developing independence and confidence in trying new tasks.

Key features include decorating squishy animals, crafting imaginative worlds and creatures, collage and sticker mixed media artwork, and other sensory-safe creative projects — all carefully tailored to their developmental stage , interests and plan goals.

This program focuses on nurturing your child’s social confidence, assertiveness, and early friendship skills through creative, structured, and predictable group collaboration activities.

Children strengthen their teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills while learning to share, take turns, and connect with peers. Key features include Lego building, joint artwork creations, puzzle challenges, and group games—all tailored to their developmental stage and needs, with opportunities for both parallel and interactive play.
