Key Info

Program Cost: $205 per session

Billing Cycle: (invoiced in either weekly or fortnightly cycles, after the session/s occurs).

Structure: 10 mins tailored preparation + 45 mins therapy session + 10 mins individual clinical notes (65 mins service total)
Rate: $190/hour pro rata – below the NDIS Price Guide cap.

Please note: to ensure conitnuity for our participants, it is part of our service agreement that a commitment is made to all of that term's sessions-not simply 'one offs'. This is to ensure the best therapeutic outcomes and sustained relationships for all participants.

Our Term programs for Therapeutic Supports can be claimed under several support categories.

  • 15_005_0118_1_3 – Early Childhood Intervention: Therapy Supports (under 9 yrs) ✅ Recommended primary option for children or the standard 15_005_0128_1_3 line code

  • 15_056_0128_1_3  – Therapeutic Supports - Other Professional

  • 09_009_0117_6_3 – Skills Development & Training (Increased Social & Community Participation)

  • 11_024_0117_7_3 – Individual Social Skills Development (Improved Relationships)

  • 04_210_0125_6_1 – Community, Social & Recreational Activities

All codes are fully compliant with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements 2025–26-

✅ Eligibility & Safety

  • For children aged 2 years old & up ( Please see individual programs for specific age groups)

  • Are able to seperate from their caregiver for the 45min session

  • Children must be toilet trained (or in nappies and taken to the toilet immediately before group).

  • Parents/carers remain onsite in the waiting area , just outside the room during the session.

  • Participants must have no history of hurting others or verbally unregulated outbursts (out of respect for neighbouring offices).

  • These groups are not suitable for children with behaviour support needs or high physical energy – they are primarily designed for psychosocial and social skill development. (Note: PDA profile is fine). If your child struggles to physically be inside a therapy space for longer than 20+ minutes then this may not be suitable for them.

Process Payment/Claim

Within 72hrs of checkout, you will receive an NDIS compliant invoice & digital service agreement with the participant details, so that you can pay & claim or send to Plan Manager. First in best dressed! There are only 5 spots available to secure per program time each term.

Spot is Secured

Once invoice is paid & digital agreement signed, your spot is secured! If this is your first program with us, we will be in contact with your free orientation info :) Orientation involves a meeting with our Therapist in our office space & reviewing your plan goals so we can fully customise each session for our kids

Picture My Emotions

Exploring feelings, connection, and self-expression through playful, visual therapy. For children 3-6 years.

This program gently introduces young children to the world of emotions in a way that feels safe, engaging, and fun.

Children build early emotional awareness and communication skills using puppets, picture cards, sensory-safe toys, stickers, and simple visual activities. Each session provides interactive, low-demand play experiences designed to support self-awareness, emotional expression, and social connection—all carefully tailored to their age, interests and developmental stage.

Building confidence, communication, and peer connections through parrallel artmaking & creative play activities

For children 9-16 years old who like more quiet and calm environments

Note: This program is also suitable for children who wish to attend as a privately-billed participant (not on NDIS). Please contact us first for suitability confirmation.

A calm, creative small-group program designed to strengthen confidence, peer relationships, and social communication through hands-on, art- and play-based activities.

Children explore parallel artmaking alongside others—gradually building comfort and connection through shared creative experiences. Activities include mandala art, beading, collaborative group murals, LEGO and Magnetix construction challenges, and shared art-play projects that evolve from individual creations into collective artworks.

Building teamwork, communication, and confidence through collaborative play and construction-based challenges

For children 9–16 years old who learn best through hands-on, practical, and play-based activities

A fun and structured small-group program designed to strengthen communication, teamwork, self esteem and social skills confidence through collaborative construction and problem-solving activities.

Children participate in parallel and cooperative building projects using materials such as LEGO, Magnetix, wooden blocks, and recycled materials—encouraging teamwork, creativity, and shared achievement. Activities include peer building challenges, puzzle-solving, design projects, and collaborative creations that evolve from individual builds into collective masterpieces.

The program helps participants practise turn-taking, cooperation, assertiveness, and emotional regulation in a supportive environment that builds connection, confidence, and pride in their growing skills.

Brave Beginnings

This program focuses on nurturing your child’s confidence, emotional safety, and early social engagement through creative, structured, and predictable play.
 
Children increase their self-esteem, assertiveness and expressive language skills while exploring identity , imagination and peer relationships. Key features are puppets, pretend play, sensory-safe toys, stickers, visuals, and low-demand group activities—all tailored to their developmental stage and needs.

Mindful Mandalas
Cultivating calm, focus, and self-expression through slow, layered creative practice.

For children 11-16 years

If your child struggles with anxiety, low mood, depression, or sensory sensitivity, this group provides a calm and supportive outlet during the holidays. The slow, repetitive nature of mandala-making helps reduce emotional overwhelm, build confidence, and create a sense of safety and focus.

Through gentle, structured, and predictable art-based activities, participants increase their self-esteem, patience, and self-reflection while exploring identity, imagination, and emotional awareness.

Key features include repetitive mandala drawing, layered pattern work, colouring with pencils or textas, optional watercolours, and guided mindful art tasks—all tailored to their developmental stage and needs.
